Thabani Dev Studio — Germiston, South Africa

I build websites and systems for businesses.

Designed, built, and shipped end to end — and supported after launch.

Success Is Do It Yourself

Aubrey Mavhuli

The problem

Aubrey, my mentor, was growing an audience but had no home for it — no way to publish his writing or sell his books without a developer in the loop, and no clear place for the enquiries coming in.

What I built

I built him a site with a custom CMS so he writes, edits, and publishes his own blog, sells his books online, and keeps every enquiry in one place instead of scattered across his phone.

What they can do now
  • Publishes his own writing
  • Sells his books online
  • Manages leads in one place

Trust Threads and Printing

Trust Threads and Printing

The problem

Trust Threads does strong work — printing, embroidery, design — but had no online presence, so new customers had no easy way to find them or see what they could do.

What I built

I gave them a site that puts their work front and centre and makes it clear how to get a quote, so they're no longer relying on word of mouth and DMs.

What they can do now
  • Found online
  • Shows their work
  • Takes quote requests

Xabatech Engineering

The problem

Xabatech had no online presence and no professional way to show the projects and services they deliver.

What I built

I built them a structured site that presents their services and past work properly, so a potential client can see what they do and reach out with confidence.

What they can do now
  • Found online
  • Showcases their projects
  • Takes quote requests

Services

Two kinds of work

Most projects fall into one of two buckets. Same person designs, builds, and ships it either way.

Websites

A presence customers can find and trust

For businesses that need to be found online, show what they do, and make it easy to get in touch or buy.

  • Marketing pages
  • Contact & quote flows
  • Blogs you can edit yourself
  • Online stores
Systems

Software that runs the operation

For businesses whose day-to-day has outgrown spreadsheets, paperwork, and manual admin.

  • Internal tools & dashboards
  • Enrolment & application flows
  • Quoting, invoicing & approvals
  • Admin automation

Process

How it works

It starts with understanding the business, not the build. The path differs depending on what you need.

For a website
  1. 01

    Discovery

We talk through your business, who you're trying to reach, and what the site needs to say and do.

  2. 02

    Design & build

I structure the pages and content and you review it as it takes shape — no surprises at the end.

  3. 03

    Launch & support

We go live, and I stay on for updates, content, and fixes.

For a system
  1. 01

    Discovery

I sit with you and your team to map how you work today and where the manual admin and bottlenecks are.

  2. 02

    Scope & plan

We agree what to build first, and I plan the data and workflow around how you actually operate.

  3. 03

    Build in stages

I ship it in pieces so you can use it early and steer the direction as it grows.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

We roll it out, get your team comfortable with it, and keep refining.

Tell me about the website or system you need

A few lines about your business and what you're trying to do — a site, or a process you want to stop doing by hand. I'll come back with what I'd build, what it costs, and how long it takes.
